Jeanne Vickroy

Jeanne F. Vickroy, age 95, of Kettering, OH passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on December 18, 2019 at Hospice of Dayton. Jeanne was born on September 21, 1924 in Lewisburg, OH. She was the daughter of Charles and Ina (Wilson) Brinkhoff. On July 6, 1972 in Dayton, OH Jeanne married Byron Vickroy.

For over 25 years, Jeanne was a member of NCR Payroll Department. Jeanne was a former member of the NCR Country Club where she enjoyed playing golf and bridge with her many friends. In her spare time, Jeanne was an avid reader and enjoyed bowling on a regular basis. Jeanne also loved animals and always surrounded herself with pets.

Jeanne leaves behind a living legacy consisting of her children, grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 23, 2019, 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Miami Valley Memory Gardens Mausoleum, 1639 E. Lytle 5 Points, Dayton, Ohio. Funeral services will be conducted immediately following the visitation with Pastor John Eshelman officiating.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at the Hospice of Dayton for their kindness and loving care they provided to Jeanne. They ask that in lieu of flowers, friends can make memorial contributions in Jeanne's name to the Hospice of Dayton.
