Jeanette "Jeannie" Girardot

Jeanette "Jeannie" Girardot, age 84 of Kettering, Ohio passed away June 24, 2022. She was born April 29, 1938 in Dayton, Ohio daughter of the late Wendell and Ethel Greschl.

Jeannie was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a member of Ascension Catholic Church for over 60 years. Jeannie enjoyed bringing a smile to those around her and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Jeannie was preceded in death by her sons, Jeffrey Girardot and Jon Girardot.

Jeannie is survived by her children, Jack (Debbie) Girardot, Jill (Jim) Baver, Jay (Mary) Girardot, and Joe (Ann) Girardot; former spouse and father of her children, James Girardot; grandchildren, Niki (Jeremy), Tony (Nicole), Chad (Kalie), Ryan, Amanda (Anthony), Wesley (Jackie), Lindsey (Len), Jon (Kristina), Anthony, Jeremy (Rachel), Jaclyn (Nate), Jon Michael (Kayla), and Robbie; 19 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; sisters, Nancy Hoff and Magdalen (Roger) Doll; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 from 6-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432).

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 10am at Newcomer Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
