Jeanette E. Zech

Jeanette E. Zech, age 90, of Dayton, passed away on July 29, 2012. She was born on July 5, 1922 to the late Carl Busch and Gladys Garwood. In addition to her parents, Jeanette was preceded in death by her longtime partner, Jack Gunder.

Jeanette is survived by two children, William (Kay) Herrlich and Rick (Suzy) Zech; step-daughter, Linda (Forest) Swift; four grandchildren, Tim Herrlich, Jenny Cole, Christy Serpas, and Caitlin Zech; five great grandchildren, Matthew, Megan and Hope Cole, Logan and Courtney Serpas; two sisters, Patricia Clark and Carol Reiber; and other family members and good friends.

Jeanette retired from Wright State Printing Services. She was an avid Raider Fan.

A funeral service will take place on Tuesday August 7, 2012 at 11:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd, where the family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00-11:30 am. Burial to take place at Pyrmont Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jeanette's memory to The Hospice of Dayton.
