Jean Carolyn Smith, age 73 of Ludlow Falls, Ohio, passed away Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Upper Valley Medical Center. She was born June 3, 1948 in Monterey, Tennessee to the late Beecher and Billie Whittaker.
Jean was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was loving and caring towards everyone and always went out of her way to help anyone in need. She served on the Ludlow Falls Fire Department Women's Auxillary for 12 years.
Jean will be missed by her loving husband of 47 years, Robert Smith; three sons, Larry (Terrie) Randolph, Brian Randolph and Mike Smith; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and aunt Bernice Delk.
Jean's family will hold a private Celebration of Life in her honor.
