Jean R. Mullins, age 79, of Troy, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 30, 2023.
Jean was born in Sandusky, OH on May 18, 1943 to the late Elroy & Ruth Lutz.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Mullins and son, Tracy Mullins.
Jean is survived by her daughters, Dawn Coleman and Vicki Appora; grandchildren, Darius Appora and Savannah (Spencer) Byrd; sisters, Nancy Coburn and Mary Cardwell; brother, Richard Lutz; and sister-in-law, Hope Stanley.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jean's memory to her church where services will be rendered or Bible Doctrines to Live By, P.O. Box 564 Comstock Park, MI 49321.
A celebration of life will be held for family and close friends on Friday, May 12, 2023 at 2pm at Community Bible Church, 1427 W Main St, Tipp City, OH 45371.
Jean will be laid to rest with her husband at Montgomery Memorial Park Cemetery, London, WV.
