Jean Luneke, of Dayton, reunited with her husband of 54 years, Donald Luneke on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at Stone Springs of Vandalia. She was born in Dayton, OH to the late William, Sr. and Elizabeth (Napier) Coffey. In addition to her parents and husband, Jean was preceded in death by her, siblings, William Coffey, Jr., Virginia Jenkins, Mildred Sumner, Wanda Coffey and Raymond Coffey.
She is survived by her two daughters, Vicki Moertl (Dave) and Melissa Luneke (Larry); grandson, Joshua Moertl; great-grandson, Lucas Moertl; sister, Geneva Hunter (William); niece, Tammy Taylor (Pete); nephew, Terry Hunter (Jack) and other nieces, family and friends.
Jean was a mother to many people that she met throughout her life. She cherished being a stay at home mom, taking care of her husband and children. Jean met the love of her life at the skating rink in July of 1954.
