Jean E. Brown

Jean E. Brown, age 91 of Dayton, Ohio went to be with the Lord on March 18, 2025. She was born July 26, 1933 in Selma, Alabama daughter of the late Jettie and Ines Curry.

Jean was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her family who were her pride and joy. Jean will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing her.

In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Willy "Mack" Brown; and 5 brothers.

She is survived by her son, Ocie Curry; several grandchildren, great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as many other family members and friends.

A private graveside service will be held at Dayton National Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.
