JC Moore, "Whitey", 87 of West Carrollton, was called home to Heaven on April 15, 2020.

He was born May 16, 1932 in Pennington Gap, VA to the late Worley and Ora (Garber) Moore. JC retired from GM/Delco Products after 41 years of service. He was a proud, decorated Army Veteran of the Korean War. JC was a member of Moraine City Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by sisters, Alice Barker, June McFarland, Lorene Garrett, brother, Jerry Moore, and nephew, Chris Willis. JC is survived by his wife of 62 years, Agness (Stapleton) Moore; 2 sons, Daniel (Amie) Moore, Mark (Denise) Moore; 7 grandchildren, Joel, Jordan, Taylor, Lauren, Hadley, Adelyne, Connor; 1 great-grandchild and 1 on the way; 4 sisters, Mary Moore, Carol Willis, Betty Lou Ward, Margie Williams; brother, Wayne Moore, and many other relatives, friends and neighbors.

JC was an avid Christian outdoorsman, and he will always be remembered for being a "Gentle Giant". He was a very kind man with a very loving heart, giving of his time and talents to anyone in need.

Private services will be held for immediate family. Public services have been postponed due to the current environment surrounding the coronavirus. This information will be updated once services have been scheduled. Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time.

In lieu of flowers, a donation of remembrance may be made to the family.
