Hatton, J.C., age 86, of Miamisburg, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2013.
J.C. was a United States Army Veteran proudly serving in Germany during the Korean War and he retired from General Motors/Frigidaire as a Special Assignment Clerk.
J.C. is survived by his wife of over 64 years: Jewell (Boggs) Hatton; son and daughter-in-law: Randall (Cathy) Hatton; grandchildren: Andrew Hatton & Lindsay (Tim) Leonard; step grandchild: Christi (Justin) Gormican; great grandchild: Jason; and numerous other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Arland & Mollie (Bach) Hatton; grandson: Adam Hatton; 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home – South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow the service at Hillgrove Cemetery in Miamisburg. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 P.M. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
