Jay T. Cushman

Jay T. Cushman, age 46, of Kettering, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2009. He was born March 26, 1963 in Birmingham, Alabama. Jay worked for the Berry Network for 25 years. Jay is survived by his wife, Lisa Cushman; daughters, Bethany and Brittany Cushman; father and step-mother, Thomas H. and Debbie Cushman; mother, Barbara B. Cushman; brother, Joseph (Tracy) Cushman; sisters, Catherine (David) Sims and Allison (Neal) Greenway; many other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 5, 2009 from 12:30-2:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Kettering Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). A memorial service will follow at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton (324 Wilmington Ave Dayton, Ohio 45420).
