Jasper Malone
Age 79, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 20, 2006. He was born in Jamestown, Tennessee and was preceded in death by his parents, John and Alice Malone and by three sisters, Ruby, Ruth and Lois.
He is survived by his loving wife of the past 55 years, Genean, one son and daughter-in-law, Don and Sue Malone, and one granddaughter, Kristen Malone. He is also survived by four brothers, Ralph, Ray, Tom and Charles, and by three sisters, Reba, Ellarie and Claudell, and one brother and sister-in-law, Harry and Juanita Hellard.
Jasper was a devoted husband and father and a member of the Englewood Church of Christ. He bravely served his country during WW II in the U. S. Army.
Funeral services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, on Friday, September 22, at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior starting at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Jim Lee will officiate. Burial will follow at David's Cemetery. The family would like to thank Hospice for the loving care they gave Jasper and the support and concern they've given to us.
We ask that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Hospice in Jasper's memory.
