Jason R. Thornsbury, age 36 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2019. He was born October 22, 1982 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the Virgil and Detta Thornsbury.
He is preceded in death by his father, Virgil R. Thornsbury and mother, Detta M. Thornsbury.
Jason is survived by his beloved dog and companion, Sophie; siblings, Maria (Tim) Claude, Benita (Kevin) Glass, Ricky Thornsbury, Preston (Tina) Thornsbury, Diana Boyd; nieces and nephews, Makayla Claude, Lily Claude, Taylor Clouse, Jesse Glass, Danielle Smith, Olivia Thornsbury, Miriam Thornsbury, Benjamin (Ashley) Means, Matthew Thornsbury; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4, 2019 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). Funeral service will begin at 10 am. Burial will follow in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
