Jason Matthew Cook

Jason Matthew Cook, age 34 of Huber Heights, passed away July 24, 2013. He was born in Dayton to parents Tina and Michael Cook. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Alford.
Jason is survived by his parents, Tina and Michael Cook; daughters, Savannah and Taylor; sister, Annie Cook; grandmother, Janice Alford; ex-wife, April Fry; aunts and uncles, James and Michelle Alford, Roy Lee and Bev Cook, Terry and Cathy Cook, Lee H Cook, Jr., Steven Cook, Cindy and Jeff Hutchison, and Tim and Roz Cook; and many other loving relatives and friends.
Jason was a loving and devoted father, son, brother, and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew him. May God rest his soul.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Jason M Cook Memorial Fund at Wright Patt Credit Union.
