Jason D. Hoffman

HOFFMAN, Jason Douglas, age 30, of Fairborn, passed away, Wednesday, March 26, 2008. He was born June 7, 1977 in Aurora, Colorado. Jason served with the United States Army from 1996-2000. He was awarded the NATO Medal for service with NATO Operations in Bosnia-Herzegovina from July 18, 1999 to March 3, 2000. He is survived by his children, Dustin and Heather Hoffman, Timothy and BreAnna Spaeth; mother, Darlene Bush-Hoffman; his father, John Douglas (Barbara) Hoffman; maternal grandparents, Curtis and Geneva Bush; numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Laurence and Martha Hoffman. Visitation will be held Monday, March 31, 2008 from 5-8 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel where funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Paul Watkins officiating. Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to the family.
