Janida L Williams

Williams, Janida L., age 85, of Kettering, passed away on Friday, October 12, 2012. She was born July 14, 1927 in New Burlington, Ohio to the late: Howard N. & Ella Maud (Davis) Hurley.

Janida retired as the Executive Director of Easter Seals and was a long time member of Patterson Park Church. Janida is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law: John, Mike (Sandy) & Chuck King; stepson: Steve Williams; and numerous other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her first husband: Gilbert King; second husband: John Williams; brother: Roy Hurley; and step son: Dan Williams.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home – South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. Interment will follow the service at Miami Cemetery in Corwin, Ohio. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 P.M. until time of service.
