Janice E. Venters, age 77, of Springfield, passed away on June 17, 2023. She was born in Springfield, Ohio, on September 28, 1945, the daughter of the late William and Bretta Blevins.
She was preceded in death by parents; her beloved husband of 47 years, Ronald E. Venters; son, Chuckie Walters; and grandson, Gunnar Bracewell.
Janice is survived by her loving son, Aaron (Kari) Venters; daughters, Amy Venters and Holly Venters Bracewell; grandchildren, Mitchell Renn, Zella Harris and Cody Entsminger; great grandchildren, Trinity and Jaxson; and many other loving family and friends.
In her free time, she enjoyed gardening, cooking, remodeling, interior design and tending to her animals. Janice was truly a "Domestic Engineer", whether it be putting in new flooring, planting her garden, and all the while cooking for her family at the same time. Her family meant the world to her and she devoted most of her time to them. She will be dearly missed by al who knew and loved her.
A Celebration of Janice's Life will be held from 2:00pm-5:00pm, on Saturday, July 8th, 2023, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek.
Donations may be made in Janice's memory to the local animal rescue charity of one's choice.
