Janice M. Allen

Janice Marie Allen, age 83 of Brookville, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born October 26, 1937 in Xenia, Ohio.

Janice was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who was fiercely devoted to her family. She enjoyed going to the casino and traveling around the country, but mostly spending time with family and friends. Janice will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Janice was preceded in death by the childrens' father, Bill E. Allen; her parents, Wilbur Scott and Alma Scott Jeffers Lucas; infant daughter, Deanna; four sisters, Dorothy, Marylou, Phyllis and Frances; and three brothers, Harold, Dick and Bob.

Janice will be missed by her loving children, Debi Ndungu, Edward Allen, William (Tracie) Allen, Lisa (Tony) Overman, Angel Allen (Chris Garrett) and Kevin Allen; 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends Monday, August 23, 2021 from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 p.m. at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton.
