Janet P. Million, age 71 of Kettering, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Walnut Creek Assisted Living. She was born May 25, 1948 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of Joseph and Martha Piker.
She is preceded in death by her parents and step-son Christopher J. Million.
Janet was a veteran of the US Air Force with a rank of 1st Lieutenant serving in the Viet Nam War. She graduated from Edison State College with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and retired after 20 years of service from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan in 2012.
Janet is survived by her sister, Rita P. (Robert) Key; step-son, Gregory (Leanne) Million; nephews, Adam (Crystal) Key and Eric Key; niece Molly (Steven) Springston; great nephews, Joseph Key and Lincoln Key; great nieces, Avery Springston and Kayla Key. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.
Memorial Service will be held on December 18, 2019 at 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Visitation will be December 18, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm also at the funeral home.
