Janet Marilyn Bruce

Janet Marilyn Bruce, age 63, of Xenia, Ohio passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2014 after a lengthy illness. She was born to the late James Taylor and Charlotte Moody on February 3, 1951 in Xenia, Ohio. Marilyn is survived by her children Monica Bruce, Deacon Bruce, Joyette Bruce; 8 grandchildren; sister Deborah Nooks; brothers Douglas Taylor and Robert Taylor; host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and her step-father Sherman Moody of Franklin, Ohio. Marilyn loved taking care of children, watching football and rooting on the Cincinnati Reds. Her memorial gathering will be Friday, December 26, 2014 from 9:00am-10:00am followed by a short memorial service at Newcomer Funeral Home 3380 Dayton- Xenia Rd. Beavercreek, Ohio 45432.
