Janet M. Bishop-Hoskins, age 81 of Dayton, passed away Thursday, January 22, 2015 at her home. She was born February 19, 1933 in Dayton to the late Benedict A. and Mary M. (Reed) McMahon. Janet was preceded in death by her son, Charles Michael Bishop; grandson, William Scott Moore; 5 sisters and 1 brother.
She is survived by her children, Timothy (Cecilia) Bishop, Cathy (Paul) Kunz and Gail (Mike) Bohanon; grandchildren, Darla, Michael, Jaime, Brian, Sandy, Wendy, Amanda and Timothy; 11 great-grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Kyoko Bishop; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Janet was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Dayton. She was a loving and devoted mom and grandma. Janet loved to sing, dance and was quiet the yodeler.
She is going to be greatly missed by her family, friends and caregivers.
