Janet Louise Fox, age 82, of Dayton, passed away on May 2, 2024. She was born on January 8, 1942 to the late Carl and Marie Fisher.
She loved listening to bluegrass music, and she enjoyed traveling, either to the Smoky Mountains or to a destination that had sand and sun. Janet loved spending time with her family and adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.
In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by her husband, John R. Fox; and her daughter, Jean M. Fox.
She is survived by her daughter, Joy K. & Doug Russell; grandchildren: Justin R. Hunt, Geoffrey V. Richardson, Trevor J. Richardson, Collin C. Russell, Brandon D. Russell and Johnny I. Masters; great-grandchildren: Taylor P. Richardson and Logan F. Richardson.
The family will hold a private Celebration of Life at a later date.
