Janet Ballard, age 68 of Miamisburg, passed away December 27, 2014. She was born May 3, 1946 in Dayton. She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas A. Ballard; mother, Margaret Koogler; father, Herman G. Harney; and brother, Herman C. Harney.
Janet is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Tammy and Jason Hall; grandchildren: Tyler, Ryan and Brayden Hall; sisters: Linda (Arnold) Russell and Brenda (Gary) Jones; nephews: Don Garrison, Larry Garrison and Carl Harney; and great nephew, Mason Harney.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 10-11 am.
