Jane Christine Petree
April 29, 1933 — November 19, 2021
Jane Christine Petree, age 88, stepped into the arms of Jesus, on November 19, 2021. Born April 29, 1933 in Jacksboro, Tennessee, her deep faith sustained her throughout her life. She was a true prayer warrior and loved singing gospel hymns.
She was a loving mother and grandmother, and she was involved with and served the church for many years. She was famous for her Christmas cakes, home-made candy, and peanut butter fudge.
Jane was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Marshall J. Petree; her parents, Charles and Lula; sister, Thelma B. (Claude); brother, Charles; special aunt and uncle, Ollie and Jim.
Jane's memory will be cherished by her daughters: Sheryl (Willie), Celia (Denver); grandchildren: Willie Jr. (Tracy), Billie (Chad), Anthony (Wendy), Samantha (Chad), and Melissa (Slim); 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter; sisters-in-law: Wanda and Genevieve; Special Friend, Vivian; along with numerous family and friends.
2 Timothy 4:7, I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.
Per Jane's request, there will be no service or visitation.
