Jane Crawford

CRAWFORD, Jane age 84 of Kettering, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 30, 2007. She was sent by God into this world on October 19, 1923 to the late Hence and Alice Colwell. She grew up in Perry County, KY. She was the wife of Rev. Stanley Crawford for 62 years who preceded her in death. She leaves behind one son Darcy (Louise) Crawford of Wilmington, and four daughters: Patricia Ann (Paul) Hindle of Scotland, Shelia (Terry) Caskey of Kettering, Sybil Crawford of Springfield and Ruth Lynn Mitchell of Dayton; four grandchildren Genny McCarren, Shaunda Day, Rebekah Mitchell and Rickey Mitchell as well as three great grandsons: Mickey and Matthew McCarren and Dorian Mitchell; one great granddaughter Eriana Mitchell: brother Adam (Vincenta) Colwell, along with many nieces and nephews. Jane was a member of the Church of God for over 54 years. She faithfully served the Lord and has gone on to be with Him. Farwell Mom, but not goodbye. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at Newcomer Funeral Home 3940 Kettering Blvd, with Pastor Paul Deaton officiating. Family will receive friends from 1 pm until time of service. Interment at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.
