Jamie M. Groves

Jamie M. Groves age 35, of Dayton passed away on July 29, 2019 at Hospice of Dayton.

She was born April 24, 1984 in Dayton to Dave Groves and Teresa Winchek.

She loved her children and fiancé dearly and was a blessing to everyone who knew her.

Jamie was a dedicated associate of Subway for over 12 years. Her customers adored her and were always greeted by her smile and giving spirit.

Jamie was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Richard and Adell Groves and her maternal grandfather Elijah Kinney.

She is survived by her parents, children Dylan Workman, Daron Workman and Mikayla Johnson; fiancé Mike Johnson; sister Wendi Joy and brother Andy (Michelle) Groves; nieces Karly Harshman, Kelly Joy and Khloey Joy; nephews Damon Groves, Derek Groves and Deacon Groves; sisters-at-heart Suzie Clemmer, Nikki Workman and Derika Glover; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; many other relatives and friends; and special people in her life that she considered family (you know who you are)!

Family and friends will have visitation on Friday, August 2, 2019 from 12-2:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel with a service to follow at 2:00. Interment will follow at Bear Creek Cemetery.
