WILLIAMS, James S., age 81, of Franklin, passed away Tues., Nov. 1, 2005 at Hospice of Dayton. He was preceded in death by his parents Clinton & Oka Williams, 5 brothers Harrison, Charlie, Chester, Burt and Edgar Williams and by 2 sisters Ann Meadows and Evie Williams. James is survived by his wife of 64 years, Gertrude F. Williams; 3 children Virginia Neal, Paul Williams and Shelby Kirkpatrick (Mike); 9 grandchildren Todd and Rodney (Tracy) Williams, Emily Young, Bobby Neal, Chris (Joy), Paul (Jackie), Andy and Florence Kirkpatrick and Carrie Brumfield(Brent); 17 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers Russell and Raney Williams; 2 sisters Mildred King and Carrie Woodard and a host of other family and friends. He retired from Bird & Son Paper Co., Franklin and was a member of The Ark of Safety Full Gospel Church, Moraine and Slate Creek Church of God in Menifee Co., KY. James was also a decorated U.S. Army veteran with service during W.W.II. He will be sadly missed by his family, church and friends. Funeral services 1 P.M., Fri., Nov. 4, 2005 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Pastor Jeff Kilburn officiating. Interment Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Brookville.
