James William Haggerty
James W. Haggerty, age 59, of Wilmington, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, May 15, 2011, after lengthy illness.
He was born January 10, 1952 in Dayton, to John & Roma Haggerty.
He was preceded in death by his father, John Haggerty.
James is survived by his son, Christopher P. (Samantha) Haggerty, of Ft. Meyers, FL; daughter, Tami L. Haggerty, of Cleveland, OH; mother, Roma E. Haggerty; sister, Carole (Steve) Upchurch; brothers, Steven E. Haggerty and John D. (Sharon) Haggerty; nephews, Phillip R. Longo, of Loveland, OH and Charles Upchurch; niece, Charity Haggerty; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Friday, May 20, 2011 from 1-2pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439).
A memorial service will follow at 2pm, with Pastor Peter Courlas officiating.
Burial will take place at Stonelick Cemetery in Owensville, OH.
Donations may be made in James memory to United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cincinnati, Inc.(3601 Victory Parkway Cincinnati, OH 45229-2298.
