James W. Schuyler

SCHUYLER, James W., age 78, of Dayton, passed away, Sunday November 18, 2012. He was born December 30, 1933 in Dale, Kentucky, to the late Oral Wages and Bessie Roberts (Keeton).

Jim was a past member of the Toast Master's Club in Springfield, member of Central United Methodist Church in Springfield and the American Legion Post 598 in Kettering. He managed SREPCO Electronics in Dayton and Springfield for 33 years and worked as the electronics manager for Meijer's on Harshman Rd. for many years.

Jim is survived by his wife, Sharon Schuyler; children, James R. (Loraine) Schuyler, Robin (Donald) Ludlow and Tracy (Dan) Holbrook; grandchildren, Michael (Christine), Phillip and Nicholas Schuyler, Kyle, Kristina and Elliott Ludlow, Sarah and Jennifer Small; aunts, Alma Wicker and Alta Taulbee; uncle, Clayton Miller; special sister-in-law, Sandy Taylor; numerous other relatives and many good friends.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Fleeta M. Schuyler.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Jim was a loving father and husband and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
