James Michael Anthony Valerio-Fields, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018. He was born September 28, 2018 in Dayton, Ohio.
James is survived by his parents Laura Valerio and Jacob Fields; siblings, Kaleb Fields and Olivia Sears; aunt, Rachael (Eric) Cruser; uncles, Brian (Kristina) Valerio and Jesse Fields; grandmother Judy Hicks; grandfather, Tom (Dawn) Valerio; grandmother, Kim McGucker; great uncle Jim (Cindy) Hicks and numerous extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 9:30 am - 10:30 am at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, OH 45424). A funeral service will begin at 10:30 am.
