James L. "Jay" Sipple, age 76 of Dayton, passed away October 22, 2013. He was born November 19, 1936 in Dayton to the late James P. and Marie Sipple.
Jay is survived by his wife of 55 years, Maria Sipple; children: Kenneth (Tawni) Sipple, Anthony (Trina) Sipple, Michelle (Kurt Schauer) Sipple, Timothy Sipple and Jason (Ny Young) Sipple; 8 grandchildren: Kyle, Baley, Brandon, Tehya, Sophia, Brianna, Angelina and Talia; and 2 great grandchildren: Mya and Elaina.
Jay was a 1954 graduate of Chaminade High School and he worked at General Motors for 30 years. Jay was an avid fisherman and loved camping with his family.
Contributions may be made in Jay's memory to The Hospice of Dayton. A special thank you to Nurse Kania for her special care to Jay and his family during his illness.
