James "Ronnie" Stiles

James "Ronnie" Stiles, age 63 of Riverside, Ohio went to be with the Lord on March 11, 2025. He was born November 29, 1961 in Dayton, Ohio, son of the late Joseph and Lyda Mae Stiles.

Ronnie attended Walter E. Stebbins High School and was a lifelong worker dedicated to mastering his craft, sharing his expertise, and advocating for blue collar workers like himself, as he was the Union Rep for Local Roofers 75.

He was a dedicated husband, a loving father and grandfather, a provider and caretaker of his family, and a beacon of joy and light for anyone he encountered. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family, the outdoors, fishing, nascar, football, and had a profound love for music.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Lyda Mae; two brothers, Joey and Tommy Stiles; two sisters, Tina Luce and Wanda Tarter; and brother-in-law, Ron Finney.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Lena Stiles; cherished daughter, Tressa (David) HIckey; two loving grandsons, Kalob and Ryan Hickey; siblings Gary (Martha) Stiles, Gina (Doug Brooks) Finney, and Troy (Shelly) Stiles; nieces and nephews, Joey Lee Stiles (and family), Melissa Finney (and family), Amy Stiles, Carrie Nicole (Matthew) Bretti (and family), Little Ronney (Heather) Finney (and family), Gary "Bub" Stiles, Neal (Cassandra) Stiles, many great nieces and nephews; and many more lifelong friends.

Family will greet friends on Monday, March 17, 2025 from 5-7 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio 45424.
