James D. Profitt, age 43, of Middletown, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, May 10, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Gayhart. James is survived by his son, Christopher Ryan Tackett; 2 grandchildren; dad, Jim (Maxine) Profitt; step-dad, Harold Gayhart; brother, William D. Profitt; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Monday, May 14, 2012 from 10-11am at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 11am, with Pastor Robert Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Woodside Cemetery.
