James M. Moore, Jr.

James M. Moore, Jr. "Buddy" age 67, of Huber Heights, passed away July 13, 2023. He was born December 21, 1955 in Hinton, VA to the late James Sr. and Betty Moore. In addition to his parents, Buddy was preceded in death by his sisters: Patricia Moore and Beverly Moore; and son, Brandon Moore.

Buddy is survived by his wife of 33 years, Jacqueline J. Moore; children: Ronnie, Gina, Mitchell, Arthur, Ceanna and Daniel; brother, Tony; sister, Quindora; a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews; brother from another mother and friend of 20 years, James Baker and his wife, Diana.

Buddy was a factory worker and mechanic for many years. He enjoyed gardening and his fish aquarium. Buddy was also known as Mr. Fix It as he could fix anything. He will be missed and always remembered.

Visitation will be held from 5-6 pm on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, where a memorial service will begin at 6:00 pm. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Hospice of Dayton and Stonespring of Vandalia for their loving care.
