74 of Centerville, passed away Saturday, May 15, 2004 at Kettering Memorial Hospital. James is survived by his wife of 42 years, Sophia Meadows (nee Teshon); daughter, Lillie Irene (Dutch) Chaplin; son, Thomas (Ann) Payne; sister, Pauline Hill; brother, Hughie Farrell; grandchildren, Danny Lee (Cynthia) Bowen, Jr, Sherrie Lynn (Brad) Kline and Nathan Payne; and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Woodland Cemetery.
