James Mattison

MATTISON, James E. "Pepper," age 55, of San Antonio, TX and formerly of Dayton and CA, went home to be with the Lord Tues., Sept. 5, 2006. He was preceded in death by his father George Lee Mattison. Pepper is survived by his 3 children Angela Brantley (Edward) of CA, Darrell Mattison (Pearl) of CA and Lawrence Mattison of TX; his mother Rilla Mattison of Dayton; 2 brothers Alphonso and Randall Mattison both of Dayton; 9 grandchildren; 2 special cousins LaVerne Watkins and LaShonda Stargell and host of other relatives and friends. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a loving father and son. Funeral services 11:30 A.M., Fri., Sept. 15, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Pastor Cornell Davis officiating.
