James "Jim" Owens Jr. age 45, went home to be with his mother Thursday, January 10, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Owens.
Jim is survived by his wife, Amanda Owens; children, Chris Owens, Nick Owens, Destiny Totten, KayLynn Owens and Taylor Owens; father, James Owens Sr.; sister, Shelly Woods; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Monday, January 14, 2013 from 5-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will be held Tuesday, January, 15 2013 at 1:30pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
