James "Jim"C. Wylie Jr.

James "Jim" C. Wylie Jr., age 79 of Xenia, Ohio went to be with the Lord on January 1, 2022. He was born May 8, 1942 in Xenia, Ohio son of the late James and Betty Wylie Sr.

Jim was a devoted and best husband, loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a proud Veteran who served in the United States Army. After his devoted service he went on to work for his father as a fabricator/welder in Xenia for Jims Welding Shop. Jim was a faithful servant of the Lord for many years and served in many capacities including Pastor. Jims pride and joy was his grand babies and his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his sisters, Shirley (Don) Johnson, Darla (Alan) McNeal, and Rebekkah Wylie; brothers, Bobby J. Wylie and Danny Wylie; and grandson, Nathan Wylie.

Jim is survived by his wife of 55 years, Barbara "Barbie" Wylie; children, Penny Jo (Chris) Bilbrey, Tim "Timmy" Wylie, and Robert "Robby" Wylie; grandchildren, Joshua Pollock, Mariah Davis, Necole Wylie, Bradley Wylie, and Andrew Wylie; great grandchildren, Michaela Pollock, Jace Davis, Elijah Stollings, and Uriah Davis, and Raelynn Michaels; brother, Larry (Sharon) Wylie; sister-in-laws, Sharon Wylie and Edna Wylie; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
