HILGEFORD, James D., 53, of Beavercreek passed away Saturday, January 29, 2011 at The Hospice of Dayton.
He worked for the City of Beavercreek and Digitron prior to that.
James enjoyed camping and many trips to Gatlinburg, TN.
He is preceded in death by his father Donald Hilgeford; father-in-law Robert Schmitz; infant twin sons James and Eric Hilgeford. James is survived by his mother Eloise Hilgeford; wife of 31 years, Debra Hilgeford; children Sara Hilgeford, Jeremy (Stephanie) Hilgeford, and Kelli (Israel) Hoke; grandchildren Mikayla, Kaitlynn, Rebecca, and Cameron; brother Thomas Hilgeford; mother-in-law Bertha Schmitz; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held 7:00 PM Thursday, February 3, 2011 with viewing from 5:00-7:00PM prior to services at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton Xenia Rd.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Hospice of Dayton.
