Hilderbrand, James Richard "Rick" age 56, of Xenia, passed away February 2, 2018.
Rick was born June 9, 1961 in Xenia to James Charles Hilderbrand and Phoebe Ann (Butts) Hilderbrand.
He as a well-known and gifted auto mechanic.
Rick was preceded in death by his grandparents; father; sister Joyce Foster; brother Ronnie Hilderbrand; and grandson Joshua.
He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years Dottie Jean Hilderbrand; daughters Emily (David) Hayslip, Brooke (Aaron) Womacks and Marissa Quillen; sons Jamie (Shasta) Hilderbrand, Shaun (Jessica) Quillen and David Hilderbrand; granddaughters Kimberly, Macy, Kyley, Chloe, Caylyn, Lilly, Peyton, Presley, Dahlia and April; grandsons Kenny and Hayden; sisters Brenda (Nile) Osborne and Debbie (Tom) Coates; brother-in-law Bob Foster; and many other family and friends who were blessed to know Rick.
A Celebration of Rick's life will be held on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery in Xenia. Rick's family will greet friends on Friday from 10 am until 12:00 pm at the funeral home.
