James K. Ford "Jimmy" age 57 of Dayton, passed away February 25, 2021. He was born on July 24, 1963 in Dayton to Joe and Sandra (Hardy) Ford. Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, Joe "Bob" Ford.
He is survived by his children, James Anthony (Amy) Ford and Sandra Sue (Stephen) Simpson; grandchildren, Makayla Johnson and Cheyanna Ford; mother, Sandra Ford; siblings, Karen Sue Ford, Pamela Joyce (Kenneth) Spader, Sherri Kay (Mark) Jarvis, Robert Wayne Ford, Joe Alvin Ford and Christina Lynn (Scottland) Baker; 12 nieces and nephews; girlfriend, Polly Ingalls and numerous extended family and dear friends.
Jimmy was a huge Steelers, NASCAR and KISS fan! He enjoyed listening to music and playing the drums, especially heavy metal. Jimmy loved animals, especially cats.
Family will receive friends from 1-3 PM on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Newcomer Funeral Home, North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, 45424 where a funeral service will begin at 3 PM.
