James E. "Buddy" Reagan, age 77, of West Carrollton, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2015.
James retired from Apex Cooper Industries after 35 years of employment. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
James was preceded in death by his best friend, Shelbie Reagan; daughter, Mitzi Reagan; parents, Rev. John & Rheba Reagan; and brother, Johnny Reagan.
He is survived by his son, Douglas (Kathy) Reagan; daughters, Amy (Robert) Potts, Trina Reagan Aines and Sheila Puscizna; step-son, Phillip (Ethel) Williams; grandchildren, Ashley and Robbie Potts, Matt Newland, Chad Williams, Felicia Reagan, David Mata, Alexandria Aines, Jeyla Brown, Aliyah Gulley, Ryan and Dylan Reagan; 4 great-grandchildren; brothers, Carson (Carol) Reagan and Wilburn (Betty) Reagan; sister, Alene (John) Kramer; many nieces; nephews and other family and friends.
James was an accomplished musician with a great love for music. He enjoyed golfing and fishing. You could often find him at his favorite local spot Fricker's.
The family would like to thank the nursing staff at Kettering Hospital and a special thank you to his neighbors, the Duerr family and Bill Hager.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 30, 2015 from 10-11 am at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). The service will follow at 11am. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
