James E. "Jimmy" Goins Jr., age 53, of Dayton passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, November 3, 2022.
He was born in Dayton on February 18, 1969.
Jimmy was a loyal employee of Chrysler for 29 years. He loved coaching baseball, tinkering on cars with his dad, working with his hands, teaching his son and nephews how to build things and catching up on the latest TV shows with his daughter.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Morgan Goins.
Jimmy is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Jenne Goins; children, Trevor Goins and Emma Goins; parents, James Sr. & Peggy Goins; sister, Missy Goins; and many other relatives and friends.
Jimmy will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 from 5-8pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH 45424.
