James E. Goldie, age 68, of Miamisburg left this life for the next on Monday, February 10, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Thelma Goldie and his father-in-law, Paul Schenck, Jr.
Jim is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Priscilla Goldie; father, Thomas Goldie; mother-in-law, Rosetta Schenck; children, Melissa (Scott) McCollum, Larry (Gayle) Lakes, Doug (Sandy) Lakes, Jeff Lakes, Vickie Lakes, Sondra (Melvin) Johnson and Amanda (Bret) Howard; sister, Delinda (Butch) Jones;17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many cherished relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 15, 2014 from 10am-12pm at St. John's Lutheran Church (470 S. Gebhart Church Rd, Miamisburg, OH 45342). The service will follow at 12pm. Burial will take place at Highland Cemetery.
