James "Jim" Colville, age 69 of Dayton, passed away Thursday, July 3, 2014 at The Hospice of Dayton. He was born November 7, 1944 in Dayton to the late Harry and Helen Colville. Jim was preceded in death by his son, Edward Alan and brother, Larry.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Sharon; son, Daniel Ray (Friendly Mallett); grandchildren, Trevor, Tessa, Malachi, Dylan, Mercedes and Joey; 1 great-granddaughter; 9 nieces and nephews; 9 great nieces and nephews.
Jim proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1962-1968. He worked and retired from Delphi after 28 years of service. Jim was an avid golfer and bowler. He coached baseball for several years with the HHYBA. Jim's constant chatter during Fox News will be dearly missed.
