James H. "Jim" Deakin, Jr., age 49 of Kettering, passed away July 2, 2014. He was born September 13, 1964 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He was preceded in death by his father, James H. Deakin.
Jim is survived by his son, Chance Roberts Deakin; granddaughter, Madison Elizabeth Roberts; mother, Gail Martin; sister, Elizabeth Deakin; brothers: Todd Deakin and Fred Nourse; and niece, Samantha Deakin.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, July 11, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd, with visitation from 5-6 pm.
