James Davis

Joseph George Davis, age 93 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Dayton V.A. Medical Center. He was born November 22, 1920 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Joseph and Catherine Davis. He retired from General Motors after many years of service and served in the 9th Air Force during WW II.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Brother-in-laws, 10, and Sister-in-laws, 5.

Joseph is survived by his wife, Alma of 72 years, Sister-in-Laws - 5 and a special neighbor, Grover Allen. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 10:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). Visitation will be November 30, 2013 from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - North Chapel. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
