James D. Linville

Linville, James D., age 63, of Kettering, passed away surrounded by his wife and children on Friday, November 26, 2010. He was a United States Army Veteran proudly serving during the Vietnam War. He was a member of VFW Post #598 and a life time member of the NRA.

He is survived by his loving wife: Casey Linville of Kettering; mother: ruby Linville of Kettering; sons: Jim, Jon (Peg) and Jay (Amber); eight grandchildren: Courtney, Douglas, Katelyn, Cassi, Sammi, Jacob Linville, Christopher Cary and Lauren Pennington; brother: Ted (Jane) Linville of Kettering; sister-in-law: Loretta Linville of Kettering; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, December 2, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until time of service. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
