James D. Edwards
James D. Edwards Sr., age 62, of Dayton, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 30, 2010.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Edwards Sr.; grandparents, Homer & Oda Edwards, and John & Rebecca Cremeans; and infant daughter, Kimberly Edwards.
James is survived by his children, James D. Edwards Jr. & his wife Cheryl, Angela A. Edwards, and Jennifer L. Craighead & her husband Scott; 8 grandchildren, Mother, Rose Stahl & her husband Norman Stahl; brother and caretaker, William Edwards Jr.and wife Diane; special friend, Rob Wilson; nurse and caregiver, Tina Campbell; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends Sunday, October 3, 2010 from 5-8pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). Visitation will also be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 from 12-1pm at Koontz Funeral Home (238 Walnut Street Hamlin, WV 25523). The service will follow at 1:00pm. Burial will be at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made to The Hospice of Dayton in James memory. James was loved very much, and he will be greatly missed.
