James C. Kerr

James C. Kerr, age 66 of Dayton, passed away March 11, 2012. He was born February 19, 1946 in Greeneville, TN to the late James A. Kerr and Wanda J. Kerr, who survives. In addition to his father, Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Kerr.
Jim is survived by his mother; sons: Dean Kerr, Brian Kerr and Tony (Michelle) Hill; grandchildren: Justin, Payton and Bailey; brother and sisters: Brenda (Randall) McVey, Jack (Bonnie) Kerr and DeVonda (Larry) Vanderpool; fiance, Donna Warden; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Jim retired after 36 years of service from Duriron and was currently employed at Kroger's in Springboro.
A funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, where the family will receive friends for two hours prior to the service, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.
