James C. Dwyer
Age 76, of Kettering, passed away Thursday, June 22, 2006, at Southview Hospital.
Jim was born January 31, 1930 in Dayton to Clarence & Ruth (Dubritz) Dwyer. In addition to his parents he was also preceded by one son, Ronald A. Peppo.
Jim is survived by his wife of 42 years, Nancy (Wood) Dwyer; four sons, Michael Dwyer of Arlington, Texas, Malcolm Dwyer of Dayton, Robert Peppo of West Milton & Michael Peppo of Troy; two daughters, Pamela Kress of Arlington, Texas & Peggy Skaggs of Dayton; 13 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Jean & Howard Feasby of Lexington, Kentucky.
Jim was a veteran of the U. S. Army. He retired as an Iron Worker. Jim was a former commander of the American Legion Post # 487 and a member of the West Milton Eagles.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Interment will follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
